TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We do not offer any refunds on products purchased through us.
- We provide a 10 day returns policy only if the product has not been used and if the packaging hasn’t been removed, otherwise we have the right to send it back to you. You are also required to pay for the return of delivering the goods back to us. In exchange, we send you an email which includes our returns address and also provides you with a store credit note at which enables you to make a different purchase from our store. The store credit we provide back to you does not include any delivery costs you have already paid.
We do not accept any returns from overseas simply due to UK customs charges.
- We offer a two-year manufacturer guarantee only with receipt proof of purchase from us. If the product is not in working condition within those two years from the date of purchase, out of no fault of your own then we can arrange for a new one to be sent out to you in exchange for the faulty one.
- We are an online based company. If you need to contact us for any reason then please refer to the ‘CONTACT US’ page. On there you will see a list of email addresses, please use the appropriate email address for your query. To make it easier for you to choose the correct email address we have added a drop down box with a list of options on each one.
- If you wish to write to us the traditional way or to send us anything in paper form only, you can do so using the below address. Please note, the below address is not used to send any deliveries or parcels to, as they simply will not be received by us and we will not be held responsible for anything you send here. ONLY paper mail can be sent to this address.
