3How long does delivery take?
We are very swift on our deliveries it can take anything from 2
days till 7 days, however, if any delays should occur you will be
notified.
4What is your company address?
We are U.K based online company pls see our T&C’S for company
registered address. You can write into us but not send us anything
else there.
5What address do we send our faulty goods back to?
We have an England based depot however you must email us first
so we can take your details and proof of purchase then we provide
a reference and the address for you to send it to. Please check our
contact us page for this.
6Do you deliver overseas? And do you accept returns overseas?
Yes we can do. you of course need to pay for the delivery cost.
If you are returning faulty goods you must also cover the returns
cost.
7What is your delivery cost on UK deliveries?
We can offer free delivery if your total at checkout is over £50.
Otherwise it is an additional cost which you can view at checkout.
